Nothing in my shop is pre-made. Each item I offer in my shop is individually made upon receipt of order and payment. I use the sublimation ink process to adhere my designs onto my totes, mugs, hats, and ceramic coasters using a commercial heat press. The colors are deeply embedded in these various mediums which produces the finest, most lasting images you will ever see. They will not fade or lift over time.

Processing times may vary with busy holiday seasons or on days the USPS is closed. On average, you should receive your item (s) in 3 to 5 days.
